Judo is one of the major types of martial arts that originated from Japan. Taekwondo is Korean martial arts that involve a combination of attack as well as self-defense aiming for sports and physical fitness. The key features of this type of martial arts involve high kicks and quick movements, just like fighters in the movies! It is a great sport to acquire and maintain body flexibility and balance.

Wrestling is another of martial arts that almost all of us are aware of. On the contrary, WWE is the not the true form of wrestling as we may think it is. Wrestling in its true form is played and performedon mats with no ropes.
