Individual Counseling
Individual counseling is the most traditional and accepted means of working on issues, goals, or transformation. This style of therapy involves meeting the client where they are, and promoting their individual style and context for their work with the therapist. Individual work is an intimate process of highlighting and achieving the lifestyle and meaning-making which best assists the individual in their own unique perspective. Styles of therapy may be dictated by achieving a strength-based perspective and highlighting the individual’s own abilities at assessing and recognizing their own abilities.
